They put up a new monument in front of a womens clinic a couple weeks ago. Russia is trying

When we arrived in Bulgaria, we

asked the Hotel clerk if it was safe to

walk around the city, he laughed and

said, Of Course, so we walked about

3 blocks and came to this on the

sidewalk. I guess he meant, It is safe

now...
